Welcome to MATONDA. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • “We/Us/Our”: MATONDA (Tanta, Egypt)

  • “Customer/You”: Any user who visits the website or places an order

  • “Products”: Children’s clothing and related items sold on our website

2. Use of the Website

You agree to provide accurate information (name, phone, address, etc.) and use the website lawfully.

3. Product Information

We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions. Slight differences in colors may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

4. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are shown in EGP unless stated otherwise.

  • Stock availability may change quickly, especially during promotions/season.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to offer a replacement, adjustment, or cancellation with the appropriate refund.

5. Payment Methods

We offer: Cash, Instapay, Credit Card, Vodafone Cash, and valU.
We do not add extra fees for a specific payment method (however, banks/providers may apply their own fees).

6. Deposit Before Shipping (Governorates Orders)

To confirm serious orders and reduce delivery refusals:

  • For orders shipped to governorates, we may require a deposit before shipping equal to the shipping fee (85 EGP or 95 EGP depending on the region).

  • If delivery is refused without a defect or our mistake, the deposit may be non-refundable as it covers shipping and delivery attempt costs.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Store Pickup

Delivery is available across Egypt via Bosta, and store pickup is available in Tanta. Full details are in our Shipping, Delivery & Store Pickup Policy.

8. Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Orders can be changed/cancelled before shipment.

  • After shipment, cancellation is not possible; we may assist in adjusting the waybill value only when applicable (e.g., online payment discrepancy).

9. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges and returns are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Promotions & Offers

Promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales may have specific conditions. Misuse of promotions or attempts to manipulate discounts may result in cancellation of the offer or order.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, images, text, design) is owned by MATONDA or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond the value of the disputed order, except where required by applicable law. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We aim to resolve disputes amicably through customer support first.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated version.
