1. Service Coverage

  • Nationwide shipping across Egypt via Bosta.

  • Fast local delivery within Tanta (coordination required).

  • Store pickup available in Tanta.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Governorates (Bosta): typically 3–4 days, depending on area.

  • Tanta local delivery: typically within 1–2 hours, depending on coordination and availability.

4. Shipping Fees

Governorates Shipping (Bosta)

  • 85 EGP for all governorates

  • 95 EGP for Upper Egypt (Sa‘id)

If you’re unsure whether your address is classified as Upper Egypt for shipping pricing, please contact us before confirming the order.

Tanta Local Delivery

  • Fee depends on the area and is confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

5. Inspection on Delivery

Customers may open the package, inspect the items, and try sizing upon delivery.
To keep eligibility for exchange/return, items must remain with tags attached and not be washed or used.

7. Deposit Before Shipping (Governorates)

To confirm serious orders:

  • A deposit is required before shipping for governorates orders equal to the shipping fee: 85 EGP (or 95 EGP for Upper Egypt).

  • Deposit amount and payment method are confirmed with the customer before shipment.

Delivery Refusal

If delivery is refused without a defect or our mistake, the deposit may be non-refundable as it covers shipping and delivery attempt costs.

8. Order Changes & Cancellation

  • You can modify/cancel your order before shipment.

  • After shipment, cancellation is not possible; we may assist in adjusting the waybill value only when applicable (e.g., online payment discrepancy).
